Friendly, caring and professional – an exceptional service provided by Well Dental Practice at Carnon Downs. I am a very nervous patient following bad experiences in my childhood. Amy, my new Dentist, ably assisted by Judy, have taken me through a few procedures now… and each have gone out of their way to ensure that discomfort is minimised, and my particular anxiety is managed empathically. The practice is kitted out with some of the latest equipment, and the care provided is very thorough and considerate. I am very happy to recommend My Dentist Carnon Downs to all who find visits to the Dentist challenging – or just want to be sure of the very best care.

I have always been very nervous and anxious about going to any dental appointments, but since joining My Dentist at Carnon Downs, my fear and anxiety has lessened. The staff are friendly and I am always treated with the upmost care. Nico is my dentist, he is very thorough in explaining any treatment that needs to be carried out and does a fantastic job. Zoe is my dental nurse, who always puts me at ease throughout my appointments. Nico and Zoe have a great working relationship and this certainly helps when you are a nervous patient. Keep up the great work.

Amy the dentist is brilliant, very kind patience. Explains every part if the process throughtout each appointment. Her assistants Jody and Zoe are also so kind and helpful make you feel at ease when in the appointment. They are the most thoughtful bunch of people we have met at this practice and we don’t fear going knowing how well we are looked after here. The new reception team are very helpful will make it easy to get an appointment and the rest of the team give a warm and welcoming feeling upon arrival. Would highly recommend to anyone
