Dr Natchi and staff were amazing! This was my first visit and the overall experience was absolutely next level. It’s all about the details that makes West Allen Dental different than other practices.

Paperless check in, medical forms, and appointment scheduling. This may sound boring but honestly, who actually enjoys filling out all of the medical paperwork with a pen and paper when West Allen Dental will send you a link to your phone where you can quickly fill out everything while you wait in their lobby.

Now for the cool stuff, they have a talking X-ray machine that spins around your head! Talking X-ray portable gun to get all the other angles to find any hidden issues? Yup, they have that too! On a serious note, they even take digital photos of each tooth and will point out possible issues, educate you, and answer any questions you may have.

Overall, West Allen Dental treated me as valued patient. I felt like I had my own personal dentist. My appointment time was catered specifically for me and I never felt rushed. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Natchi for my teeth cleaning and her amazing service blew me away. I only had to wait less than 5 mins in the lobby, before heading back for X-ray and immediately the cleaning process starts. The care provided by Dr. Natchi and her staffs were thorough and exceptional. They took pictures of every single tooth, and Dr. Natchi went over each one along with the fillings and cracks it had. I never experienced anything so detailed before at my previous dental experiences. Dr. Natchi took the time out to explained and educated me on how to take of my teeth long terms and what I can do to prevent bone less. The entire treatment was one hour just for a biannual cleaning. The experience was very personalized and I didn’t feel rushed or distracted with this one-on-one service by Dr. Natchi. I already scheduled my next appointment for my husband and will definitely recommend her to anyone!!

The whole staff at this practice is amazing and professional. They helped me get in last minute and really worked with my schedule kindly. Dr. Natchi is amazing! She is patient, knowledgeable, understanding, , honest, takes her time while doing procedures, and does them WELL! My teeth look amazing. She’s a very hands on dentist. The whole appointment, she’s friendly, makes sure I’m comfortable to the fullest degree. Truly a wonderful person and professional dentist. Also, she tells you every detail of procedural plans. You can tell she cares about her patients and not just a paycheck to her. I always have a tough time finding a good dentist where ever I’ve lived. I am so happy to have found Dr. Natchi. It’s such a comfort finding an amazing dentist! Now, she is my entire family’s dentist!!!!
