This place is a scam, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I DO NOT recommend this clinic and the so-called dentist named XIAO LI DU. She is a scammer! Done irreversable damage to my teeth and denied any responsibility! I have been scammed!

I had cosmetic brace treatment on my upper front teeth and the result was terrible! I have been left with wrong positioning and sizing that is irreversable and making my life a misery! My front teeth literally bent (I had C-Fast, it bends teeth rather than moving them from the roots!), shrunk to half size (she did not cut and trim my teeth, they shortened naturally) and went too far back which is irreversable!! I complained many times during and after the procedure but I was ignored and neglected. All she could say was “it’s never happened to me with my other patients and I don’t know how to solve it (her exact words).” And went further to humiliate me saying problems were psychological as I need to get used to my new teeth and it’s to do with my age (I was in my early 40’s at the time) when my age was never an issue at the consultation!

Her work ruined all my front teeth. Since, I have trouble sleeping, speaking, breathing and many other issues such as a condition called Sleep Apnea, difficulties swallowing, increase of headaches and pain in my jaws, when I was only told minor biting issues as risk! I complained to authorities including GDC-ORG.UK but sadly nothing was done. From the pictures it may look normal but it’s extremely uncomfortable like false teeth and position isn’t right at all which causes speech problems!! When I complained she suggested that I should see a speech specialist!!

Please do not ignore this review. A cosmetic procedure that was supposed to improve my life style has ruined my life!! If it happened to me it may happen to somebody else. I feel bound to warn people. I would say, think twice before going for cosmetic brace procedure and get it done by an orthodontist, as dentists aren’t trained orthodontists and will not know how to solve related problems which may lead to irreversable problems (such as in my case). Cosmetic braces still (should) go under orthodontic treatment as it moves teeth. My front teeth moved considerable amount backward in such a short period of time (4 months) to close large gaps and overbite (the picture on display was taken somewhere in mid treatment, I had large gaps) and settled at the wrong positioning which makes my life misery and is irreversable!

My life is completely ruined. I have been left with permanent damages that are irreversable. I will live with this regret for the rest of my life! I do not recommend this clinic and this so-called dentist who created all these problems and neglected me like a piece of garbage!

I wish I never set a foot in this clinic. They are there to rip you off!! All they want is your money, NHS/Private same! You need to accept the result, they will never sort it out if you complain. Previous works were the same but this last one ruined my life!! The standard is very poor and old-fashioned. Feels like I time-travelled to 17th century!! I put all my trust into the hands of this dentist who ruined my life and the so-called modern technology that is not all that modern and advanced after all!!! These cosmetic braces are too risky and unhealthy to the teeth and gums! I have gum disease and have low bone level but regardless the procedure was done with no proper examination or care! I regret every munite. My life is ruined as the damage is permanent! I now have to rely on mouth guards and breathers to be able to breathe and take the pressure in my jaws!!! This is far from a minor biting problem!!! There is no even solution for it as you can’t move the teeth forward!!! It’s a BIG MESS!!! Her medical licence and title should be removed!!!

Choose elsewhere if you want to keep your teeth!! I do not recommend!

On a personal note Ms. Du, you brought the darkness into my life. Your one bad day had ruined my whole life. What you’ve done to me was evil, whether you acknowledge it or not. I hope justice will prevail.

NHS Dentist in West Kensington : Went in had a chipped tooth they fixed it straight away very accommodating very polite and kind straightforward. Waiting on some night guards took the impression today because I grind/clench my teeth when I sleep . Five stars very nice dentist. 🙂 I had to fill-in a form as it’s my first time there I have social anxiety and I felt very comfortable. I’m on the waitlist to be a patient.
Still, I called the day before gave me an appointment next day my concerns took on straightaway.

The service I received was professional, courteous and timely. Every time I visit I am treated with respect and kindness. All staff do their utmost to ensure that all visitors are comfortable and happy. Procedures are explained in detail through every step of the process. I have had braces fitted to realign my teeth here as well as countless other procedures, and I have never left feeling anything other than completely satisfied.
