As a mother of 3 one being newborn I have a hectic life I called cause I realized I just missed my kids appointment by 22 mins And I got a rude reply that they had called me yesterday to remind me of an appointment that I need to not call late and say I missed my appointment…(by exactly 22mins) I did not receive a call what so ever the day before and I know it’s not my voicemails fault cause I’ve gotten several calls from other appointments associated to me I know I MISSED my child’s appointment I asked for a new one and got a rude reply. If the receptionist is any indication on how the practice is entirely I’ll just seek me and my child’s dental needs some where else . I’m not mad about the missing the appointment and not receiveing a new one I’m mad about the way the way the receptionist was completely rude.
I have drove past this office daily and never realized it. I was in search of a new dentist for my two year old daughter. I took a chance and decided to try Dr.GROSSMAN out. Boy, am I happy I did. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite and friendly. Then when they called my daughter back, I had the pleasure of meeting probably the best assistant ever. She was so kind to my daughter, talkative and really engaged with her. After her cleaning, the doctor came in to review everything. He seemed very thorough and I appreciated his honesty. We formed a plan and I left feeling at peace with his decisions. All in all we both had an amazing experience. My daughter left excited and eager to return! That says a lot. Thank you again everyone. Apparently you are not able to ever get sick while being a patient at this dental office. You are not able to reschedule more than 2 appointments in a 6 month period. I don’t mean a no-show, I’m talking about calling them because I was sick to reschedule. When I called because I had bronchitis she told me “I don’t care! That’s not our problem.” Even though I only rescheduled 2 times before and both times were month’s apart the dentist still won’t see me which is unreasonable. I guess they would rather have something as contagious as bronchitis passed around their office than let a patient actually be sick in their own home. Their staff is so rude and unprofessional! I’ll happily find a better and more professionally staffed dental office.
