The absolute worst dentist I’ve ever met, had zero compassion for my questions I was asking because I am afraid of doctors and dentists for obvious reasons (because malpractice is the 3rd leading cause of death ) told me angrily that if I don’t get a tooth implant that my brain will fall into my mouth ! What a horrible thing to put fear into someones head. Meanwhile all I needed was a tooth extraction from an old crown that fell out. Staff gaslighting me as well, and were extremely rude.
From the very phone call to the good bye was a smooth, pleasant experience.
The appointments that were given to me at first wouldn’t fit my schedule, then they gave me call and asked me if I was available to.go same day at 1pm, and so I did .
Maria, the dental assistant, and Dr. Chow were excellent in explaining each step making my first experience a success.
I look forward to have my mouth fixed at West Van Dental Group.

This is the most professional dental office I have ever been to. The staff are always looking out for their patients , are very friendly and positive. I had a major procedure for an implant that went very well. The doctors clearly care about their patients, especially Dr. Barati – she is the best !!!!
