This was my first time at Westchester Smile design .I was recommended by one of my past coworkers. The office is very neat and clean . All of the front office staff was very courteous & professional . The hygienist & Dr. who examined my teeth honestly were God sent ! I explained to them how I had horrible past experiences at the Dentist office where I used to go . They understood & weren’t judgemental of me or my old Dental office . The hygienist was so thorough and I honestly have never had a cleaning like the one she gave me . She was also super gentle . My teeth feel better than they have in many years and they look super good !!! The Dr. was so nice to me explained in great detail with pictures and showed me what was going on with my teeth and mouth and what I need done . She also spent a quick few minutes just shooting the breeze with me about my work . I’ll end this review by saying this , if you want great care and good quality dentistry please call this place immediately!!! Don’t hesitate you will not regret your decision . I’m so grateful for my friends recommendations. Thank you Denise for sending me to Westchester Smile design!!!!!!!!

Westchester smiles design. I’ve been going to them for many years. And I never had a problem. I think they have new staff now and they are very unprofessional. I’ve been calling for 2 days to make an appointment for my daughter Nobody answers the phone. I’ve left messages and text messages. And because I sent a Text message to them that they never answer their phone. They finally called me back at 3 o’clock to tell me that they don’t take my Health Insurance anymore. And try to explain that they Are very busy also, they haven’t had a dental hygienist in a couple of years and they never called us back to reschedule if they did.I would have known that they don’t take my insurance anymore ….

Though I felt that the dentist herself was good, while I was in the middle of treatment, the “manager” came in. Later he told me that he was not, in fact, the manager. He explained the cost of the treatment, and I agreed. He then said, “cash or card.” I thought I misheard him, so he repeated it. Never in my life have I been in a doctor’s office and asked to pay while being treated. What were they afraid I was going to run away? Besides they are in-network with my insurance, which means they will get paid by them. It’s embarrassing, unprofessional and demeaning. Never again!
