I’m in extreme pain. It didnt make a different to them. They had me wait in my car instead of the waiting room. They canceled my appointment instead of putting the least amount of effort into getting a hold of me. Then was kindly willing to reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks later. Without offering me any pain killers or even asking what my pain level was. I was shocked. I’m so angry with them.

they blatantly lied to me about my appointment. I asked if they could do something about my wisdom teeth, and whether or not they could take medi-cal. My mom got a call from them a few days later asking to confirm my appointment, which they called a braces consultation. I did not mention needing or wanting braces.

Service is ridiculous. They make you wait for no reason when they are just sitting there and do nothing. THEY JUST DON’T SERVICE YOU ! They do everything super slow VERY LOW EFFICIENCY ON THEIR JOB. will never come back again.
