I recently visited for an appointment with the dental hygienist. I was very pleased with the forward thinking of the facility, as I am currently in need of an electric wheelchair. One of the staff greeted me at the door with a smile and provided assistance into the building. I arrived roughly 10min before my appointment and as a result they were prepared for my appointment a few minutes early resulting in a very short wait time in their extremely comfortable waiting room. Enough time to use the very clean and well kept washroom facility. Feeling very comfortable i was asked if I didn’t mind getting xrays done, as the time had come to update my file with them. The tech was very accommodating for this process, to the point of moving some furniture inorder for me to remain comfortable in my electric wheelchair. Very smooth process getting x-rays and then more assistance into a dental chair for my cleaning. During this time i requested the dentist have a quick look at something that had been concerned about. As well, in an effort to get my file up to date the dental hygienist ask me if I didn’t mind a fellow employee joining her to record some gum easurements. I agreed and was pleased with another smooth process. It was around that time that the dentist came in to address the issue I was concerned about. With knowledge and assurance the Dentist answered all my questions, to my complete satisfaction. With that being done the dental hygienist set to cleaning my teeth. A painless, comfortable, pleasant experience. In spite of the extra time spent updating my file the appointment finished inside the appointment time window determined at the time of making the appointment. With respect and consideration to my time and needs, the staff at West meadow Dental created a generally delightful experience for my appointment. I would highly recommend this practice to all of my family and friends.

My overall experience was fantastic starting from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff are friendly and detailed in what you need to fill out and completed the administrative work efficiently.

The entire building is kept extremely clean which is a great source of comfort when receiving medical care.

Dr. Park and his dental staff all have warm, friendly demeanors that make you feel like you’re in good hands. Not only that, but they’re very knowledgeable and are willing to walk you through the procedures you may be going through during your visit.

I went in for a root canal and despite it being my first time, I felt no anxiety and the entire procedure went by without issue. I am writing this review three days after my root canal without any post-treatment problems.

I’ve been going to them since I was young and have always had great experiences. I brought my 2.5YR old in for her first appointment recently and they were wonderful with her as well. It was very much a go at her pace type of approach to make sure she’s comfortable in receiving oral care long-term. We drive from out of town to go to our appointments and will continue to make the trip regardless of where we’re living because I wouldn’t be nearly as comfortable at another office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially someone that’s nervous/hesitant about going to see a Dentist.
