Dr. Kanaan and the Westmount staff are so excellent. Their work is flawless- I’ve had serious dental procedures my whole life and I’ve never felt so comfortable during a procedure or healed so well after. He will explain everything and go as slow as you need. I’ve had bad experiences with lack of freezing at the dentist before and Dr. Kanaan has completely undone that fear. Some dentists seem to forget that there is a person attached to the mouth they’re working on, but Dr. Kanaan will listen, involve you in your care, and put you at ease.Thanks for your great work and pleasant experince!
I can be a nervous nelly for dental procedures, and I need to give this office 5 stars!! Dr. Lopez-Gross is the most wonderful human ever, very calming, very thoughtful, and very reassuring. Also, the dental assistant that sat with me to gather my information, went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I believe her name is Laura, but please correct if I’m wrong. Also, checking in and out I had two different people and they were both lovely and kind. Thank you to everyone that I interacted with at Westmount Dental, you are all 5 stars in my books 🙂
I had a bad dental experience when I was in Mississauga that made me very nervous to go to the Dentist. But this has changed after my tooth was extracted by Dr. Kanaan. He told me what he had to do and how I would feel or hear. A few minutes after the freezing, he extracted my tooth without my knowing. I did not feel any pain. I couldn’t believe it when he said – “it’s done, tooth is gone.” Wow!!! I still couldn’t believe it. Anyway, the extraction was quick and painless. Thank You Dr. Kanaan – you’re the BEST! Highly recommended.
