I have had several procedures done recently at Westney North Dental, was impressed each visit, at the level of professionalism and overall care.
The reception staff are efficient and also great at ensuring you are reminded about the appointment (I have missed other medical-related appointments because offices often do not confirm or update you with reminders).
My hygienist Simone during two cleaning visits, was very professional and took time to fully explain the cleaning and what I was to expect. She took the time to ask me if I was ok at several points during each cleaning, as well.
The dentist who performed my fillings procedure, Dr. Diana was very professional, friendly and took time to explain what I was to expect for this. This level of care very much put me at ease, as it had probably been years (15+) since the last time I ever had a filling done – I would highly recommend family/friends a visit to Westney North Dental, especially families with young kids as I feel the atmosphere at this kind of clinic will put them at ease.
My family and I have ended up at Westney North Dental after our previous dentist of over 40 years retired. We tried a few other dentists but, in my opinion, the staff and service at Westney North are top notch and can’t the beat. Everyone is friendly and pleasant to deal with; I’ve never had to wait for ann appointment, the office runs on time. Technical staff are knowledgeable and skilled, yet gentle in a way you hope your dentist would be. The waiting room is pleasant – TV for adults, colouring and small table for young children and tablet/video games for older children. Speaking of children they were great with my young daughter. I honestly couldn’t be more thrilled to be a patient at Westney North Dental!
This staff is truly talented and very professional. I have been seen by various members and I find the trend to be the same. They ensure you are comfortable, provide reassurance and value you! Going to the dentist can be such a fearful experience, but I must confess, every time I visit Westney North Dental Clinic, the fear gets a little less. Today I had my teeth cleaned by Simone and I was impressed by how thorough she was. Great Job! May the Lord continue to bless this wonderful team!
