Started seeing Naren for over 10 years, then saw with Nithya once he retired. They do good work and are nice staff, but this surgery is a business that operates in an affluent area and seems to be able to turn away people in need because they are doing okay.

I was a 12+ year customer who contacted them one day when a tooth had broken below gum line and agonising was an understatement. I explained what had happened and said that i would be unable to pay for another 2 days and hoped we could work something out. The response from Weston Dental is they do not bill patients and I would have to find someone who did or go to emergency at hospital.

I have not been back since. The total lack of empathy really hurt.

I arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment as a new customer, the receptionist told me to have a seat so I did, after about 10 minutes I asked if I needed to fill out any paperwork which then prompted her to ask my name. Turns out I was in the wrong place and the incompetent receptionist made me late for my appointment at weston dentistry. Luckily they were still willing to accommodate me despite turning up late. Although I didn’t actually see a dentist here, I feel like the admin staff were very unprofessional and cared more about their Facebook than a potentially paying customer!!!!

Every appointment I have had at this practice has been outstanding – all of the staff are professional, caring and have exceptional clinical skills.

I have had many appointments with Dr Nithya Chellappah, and she is a fantastic dentist, but her real superpower is her kindness. She is compassionate, patient and understanding, way beyond anything I have experienced with other medical professionals. This sounds like hyperbole, but finding this clinic has been life changing for me.
