Went on the site to book appointments for my two kids and I and got a confirmation email showing my preferred date and time. Went in on said date and time assuming this was our appointment only to be told it was just a confirmation of preferred appointment and the elderly lady at the reception acted as though we were crazy even when we showed her our email confirmation. She went on to check their system and said they did not even have us for confirmation of appointment in their system. She was very impolite and just acted like we were bugging her. It is so unfortunate how unprofessional and judgmental people are in the healthcare system here in Victoria. I am a medical professional myself and I found this really disturbing.

This is my recent experience with Westshore Dental. As a first time client, there is anticipation and expectation and they met that category. I’ve been assisted well in advanced from the initial call appointment, to prioritizing me for a quici check up, and finally, the dentist who assisted went straight to the problem and solved.

On top of it, they provide direct billing services so there’s no need to shell out of the pocket.

Thanks so much Westshore Dental! Kudos to the whole team. Will come back definitely and will also ask if there are services for kids.

The appointment slipped my mind and I answered the phone and oh no, the appointment?!! I asked the receptionist if it was too late and if we could be there in 5 minutes (more like 10 in the end) could we keep the appointment. She was so kind, said yes , and we rushed out the door. They were so accommodating and I really appreciated them taking my son for his cleaning a bit late. Thanks again Westshore Dental Centre!!
