My partner and I had our initial visit for our routine dental exam and clean. Reception staff are amazing and friendly, Filipino reception who are learning the communication and process of the clinic are an amazing things to see for my fellow people. I can see that they are enjoying the experience and providing friendly customer service.

Dr An Duong, a young professional, great personality, high potential. Good knowledge on his practice in dentistry and most important he show his passion on dental health. Amazing dental clean skills and treatment planning.

Dental assistant, while shy and quiet, her chairside assisting skills was gentle.

Came in to fix a filling on the 11/03/24 and walked out with more problems. Received 4 fillings and 3 weeks later as of today I went back in as I was still having pain sensitivity in two of the four fillings. Said it was a result of drilling too close to the nerve and advised me that they would remove old filling and put new filling in with a liner. They Charged me $504 dollars for the more problems that were caused by them. Was told the Root canal treatment is the worst case scenario so if my pain is still sore in 3 more weeks then I will need to have root canal treatment on teeth that are still in pain. Also doctor informed me the limit was over on my private health and that he would put the charge of the clean on to another persons name that was on my private health card.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Tracy, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. As someone who typically avoids dentists, I was pleasantly surprised by her gentle yet thorough approach. Dr. Tracy’s professionalism and expertise immediately put me at ease. Her diagnostic skills were impressive, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve decided to make her my regular dentist and will be bringing my family to her as well. Highly recommend Dr. Tracy for anyone seeking exceptional dental care!
