Overall we had a good experience. I do feel like the Doctor himself didn’t spend enough time with his patient. It was probably a matter of 60 to 90 seconds that he visited/examined my son. Also, the tech seemed a little agitated with my child who is only 3 years old and was full of questions, it was his first ever dental visit. It wasn’t anything crazy, she was just a little short with him and even told him “I am busy” when he was talking to her.
But the office staff was fantastic and there was basically no wait for him to be seen. Also, the office was clean and cozy and offered complimentary water and coffee.
We will be back. Hopefully the tech was just having an off day. I’ll add a star or two if we have a better experience the next visit which is in October.

We’ve been back a couple of times and I’ve brought my other children as well. I have added a star since the last review. The past visits were much better than the first.

While visiting the area I had a tooth emergency come up and Westside Family Dentistry was able to accommodate me. My appointment was exceptional from the moment I walked into to the moment I left. The staff was professional super friendly, courteous and efficient.
Dr. McCabe was outstanding! She was pleasant, kind and gentle. She was detailed about my visit and went the extra mile to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand. She is truly passionate about her work and it made all the difference for me. She gave me the BEST teeth cleaning ever!

I had a cosmetic emergency, front tooth chipped, and they got me in within two days. The filling was a quick, easy fix and didn’t even require anesthesia! The staff is always so great and keep us coming back. We decided to do crowns on the front two that broke originally. I never had issues with the temps and the permanents went in yesterday. I’ve been in my second and third trimester of pregnancy throughout this as well. Couldn’t be happier!
