Initially when I said I was on ODSP, it seemed like it was no problem, then they completely stopped returning any of my calls and messages of which I have left several. I have left messages for over a week and am unsure why I never heard back, as I mentioned how much my mouth was hurting. The secretary was lovely on the phone when they picked up the first time I called, they tried to get me in the same day- as soon as ODSP got involved and didn’t go through right away (ODSP had to make a correction on my health card which I had fixed the same day)I can’t get ahold of them. I hope I’m wrong, as it is obviously not right to turn away people because of ODSP, but I couldn’t help but feel that was why they weren’t returning my calls. Disappointed after such a positive first impression that things turned out this way. Would have just offered to try to pay out of pocket if I knew I would be looked at differently.

Dental hygienist was very friendly and capable. She explained the new procedures very well. Completely satisfied with my regular dental review. The pre-screening questionnaire sent by email is useless, It requires a signature that a user cannot apply on a computer. Unable to submit form without the signature. This was a waste of your time and mine. When screened at the clinic, no signature was required. I suggest you use a different pre-screening form that does not require a signature.

Excellent doctors and staff! We had an emergency this morning and the staff was very nice to put us in although we didn’t call or make any reservation. The receptionist is super nice, and the doctor is very professional. The work was done in a very professional way and my mom was very pleasant with everything at the dentist. Thank you very much!
