So let me start off by saying that i have used this dentist since my oldest son was 6 months old and he is currently five.. I have never had a problem going in with him or his brother who is 3 and autistic until this morning. I got a call to confirm the appointment and they told me that i cannot go back with my kids at this appointment now mind you i just last year went in with both boys for cleanings, xrays, and exam. The woman told me this is just protocol and when i explained that my youngest was autistic it did not matter. This place must not understand the world today. If you think im gonna let my non verbal autistic child walk through a door that i cant get behind unless im buzzed in your out of your mind. I wont even do that with my oldest. The place has already given me a weird vibe since they cannot keep a constant dentist. What is done with children behind closed doors is unacceptable and i will not put my children at that risk. I don’t believe any parent would. I do not accept the use of fluoride and i believe that’s why there trying to keep me out or at least i hope. I just wanna put out there that this isn’t correct. There is no reason what so ever for a child especially this young to be without a parent for any procedure. Im giving the one star and will never darken that doorstep with my shadow again…
My daughter has been going here for as long as I can remember I believe since she was 3 and today and everyday before this she’s had great experiences! They have a very clean waiting room ! It smells fresh and the air is nice and cool to the crisp and they also have great movie choices ! It’s very spacious and has a cute play area for the children ! Today they gave my baby the luxury she got a messaged chair and didn’t even notice she was numb on one side she goes that was a shot ?! What I didn’t know she’s 7 and anything makes her cry but she loves this place so much ! She said the doctor tate and the nurse today made her feel so happy they gave her hello kitty glasses to wear during the procedure and some chapstick when her lips became very dry and whatever she chooses from the prize case she got the cutest little mouse she was upset that she has to wait 6 months to see them again she really loves her dentist we live about 45 min away but worth it ! Front desk woman always sweet and always know it’s Delilah before I even say it they treat and know all their customers ! 10/10 recommend this place for adults and children of all ages because they are a 5 star dentist in a tiny town ! Thank you all for your kindness
I would like to say first I thought it was the best place to go but as of today I no longer think so. My daughter and I have been going there for awhile. I realize today that I have not received a phone call from them to remind me to get our teeth cleaned. When I called they said they will not see me anymore for a tooth filling I got before and didn’t pay. I have insurance and I pay every time I leave there. She said my insurance didn’t cover it. When I asked how much so I can pay she said she didn’t know it was sent to collection and to check my credit report. I asked why they didn’t call me to tell me since they always call to remind of appt and cleaning. She said it was sent by mail. I am not good at opening mail and all my utility bills is paperless so most likely I get a bunch of junk mail and I don’t bother to open them. A simple phone call and they would’ve had there money. They make you feel unwanted and they try to talk to you like they are being nice but the body language tell you different. My daughter is in college right now for dental hygienist and one thing for sure she will not for them. Very disappointed on how I was treated.
