The hygienist is amazing, but this clinic is SO over subscribed that if you are looking for somewhere new to go, don’t go here. I had an appointment at the beginning of May 2023 and was recommended to come back in 6 months, but they couldn’t rebook me for 10. Then they cancelled it, refused to rebook me insisting I stay on the cancellation list as I would get in quicker.
2 months later, it’s been almost 12 months since my first appointment.
I called another dental clinic today and have an appointment in 3 weeks time

I recently had an 18-year-old metal filling replaced with a white filling at Whitby Dental, and the experience was great. The procedure was smooth and completely pain-free, and the new white filling blends in perfectly–it looks so natural that you can’t even tell it’s there. Nick was highly professional, explaining each step of the process and ensuring my comfort throughout. Dr Nick is very nice, gentle ,friendly and thoughtful dentist.more importantly he is professional and high skill. His assistant is very good too, every time she always do suction perfect, no any wast things go in to my throat , making me comfortable ,awesome team . I am really happy and satisfied have my root canal treatment with Dr Nick. I recommend him.
