I have been looking around for a dental clinic for some time as my mum had been in pain from a tooth ache for a few days. I accidentally found this one right next to my barber shop. Prior to this I have been getting ridiculous quotes for a simple wisdom tooth extraction. I walked in to make a general enquiry. The lady in reception was lovely and very helpful, I took her card and made a booking over the phone for the same day. Arrived 2mins before app was due and there was no hassle, straight into the examination room and procedure was over in 30mins or so. Staff were very professional and made us feel very comfortable. Even let me watch while they were doing the extraction. Highly recommend this clinic 100% and pricing was reasonable and affordable! My experience was definitely 10/10! 5stars is an understatement. Thank you

Worst experience in my dentist life.

I generally enjoy going to the dentist but once i switched over to a new one, it was a bad decision. The dentist i got was a male he was very bland, most of my previous dentists would usually have a good chat with me and calm me down but it was difficult having a conversation with this one.

I also got 1 wisdom tooth removed, when he was inserting the anaesthetic needle in, it hit one of my nerves connecting to the eye. I was loped eye (sounds funny but i couldn’t blink properly for a few hours). I’ve discussed this issue with several dentists and they’ve all told me it’s a rare occurrence but it can happen.

Only good side about it is that the receptionists are very friendly.

After trying different dentists around Sydney, can confidently say that White Pearl Dental Care is a class above the rest.

Dr Helen Moon was very professional, engaging and made for an overall enjoyable dental experience.
My family and I were extremely pleased with the level of service we received. Dr. Moon’s knowledge and genuine passion for oral health is very clear in the way she deals with her patients.

The entire team, from the reception staff to dental assistants, were also very professional yet personable. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure that the highest levels of care are provided.

Will definitely be returning time and time again for future dental needs. Highly recommend!
