Reviews:
I read the reviews on here omw to the office I was soooo nervous that I almost did not even go to my appt. When I arrived I had to wait for the receptionist to let me in, covid guidelines, had my temperature took by her, she was very friendly, I was still at this point nerrrrvous, I looked around because I’d read the establishment wasn’t clean..but to my surprise it was extremely clean, and we’ll maintained. Then I got taken back to the room where I had my xrays, had small talk and the dentist came in, she was asking about my medical records and the paperwork is filled out. She showed me the xrays and told me we could get the tooth pulled, but also the other work which I was aware of and talked me through the numbing processes..she was extremely nice, to me. Didn’t seem judgemental over me not having dental work done for not having insurance previous, just point blank. She let me sit for awhile and get numb, then we pulled the tooth..pretty quickly must I add. It wasn’t terrible, I’m very grateful I made that appointment today and my man reasoning for this is because the opinions of the others almost made me miss it. But my experience was actually not bad at all..to be clear, I went today, and it’s my birthday as well..i assure you I’d rather have been anywhere besides the denist..but it was a good experience for the circumstances!
My first experience went well, Second session was absolutely horrible. Went to get one tooth pulled and ended up getting two pulled. Took almost 2 hours for two teeth. She couldn’t get my tooth out and tugged and pulled so hard that I was almost falling out the chair. I didn’t feel much pain, but the pressure had me literally balling my eyes out. She couldn’t pull it straight out, so instead, she yanked it sideways and broke it off, so she could just pick it out my gums. Very traumatic experience. Then told me to talk Tylenol for it. After almost taking my jaw from my face. Lessons learned. Go to Blowing Green like someone informed me to. Also, the receptionist was on the phone looking up jail records sharing names and charges where everyone could hear. Then, instead of coming to get me to go to the xray room, she yells my name while already in the room for me to find her. Very unprofessional.
Wasn’t happy with this dental office what so ever. The CSR wasn’t friendly at all. She acted as if she didn’t want to be bother. When the dentist came into the room. Never introduce herself to me or said anything but open your mouth. After she did her exam she says. “I guess you want a teeth cleaning also” which that’s what I was there for. I would never send anyone there for any kind of service.
