I honestly cannot thank the treatment team enough for their kindness today.. As someone who is petrified of the dentist I really needed the experience to go smoothly. The experience went better than smoothly and I felt relaxed almost instantly. Beginning with the kind receptionist who handed me the form I had to fill out and then instructed me when I filled out a part incorrectly. To the dental nurse who asked me about my course and where I was from helping to put me at ease, then finally to my knowledgeable and completely wonderful dentist Maria who explained exactly what was going on with my treatment plan and how she was going to treat me, putting me at ease right away. For my next appointment I feel a lot more confident and it seems less daunting- thank you 🙂

I am very happy with the level of dental care my son and I both receive from Ogilvie & Associates, we both see Maria. In fact if it wasn’t for Maria I would not be so far on with being comfortable in a dental chair. Many years ago a dog leapt up at me and a front tooth was damaged (the nerve was showing) I thought I would lose it, but Maria saved it and built upon the existing tooth, I was really amazed and happy with the finished result; she is very talented and much like a sculptor! I like her professional manner and she is also very empathic (as from a young age I experienced trauma at the dentist) and extremely thorough and concise. I am also very happy with the reception Michelle is always very helpful when I phone.

Going to see the Dentist is possibly way down near the bottom on my list of things to do.. however Mr Ogilvy makes me feel a lot less anxious about going. He is very calm and explains what he is going to do, (knowing makes me less nervous).
I highly recommend Mr Ogilvy, he is a complete gentleman and very very professional. His dental nurse, Lynne i think her name is, also has a calming influence and eases my anxiety when there.
