Writing this review on behalf of my partner.
Booked for a checkup and clean, checkup revealed 2 fillings required. Dentist advised to do the clean on a 2nd appointment as doing it all in one visit would take considerable time… Partner asked whether doing the clean on a different day would cost extra to which the dentist stated ‘no’. Furthermore, she inquired as to the cost a second time when she called to book the follow up appointment with the receptionist confirming the clean was part of the previous payment.
However, upon arriving at Whiterteeth Dental this afternoon my partner was informed that there WAS in fact an additional charge!

Very poor communication and customer service standards.
My son and I have been patients of Dr Wong, Ken, for 15 years. I moved areas around 10 years ago but would never think of going to a dentist closer to my home. Ken has always given me the most professional service and found time to see me whenever I have needed him. He always explains everything that needs to be done and the options available. His rates are very reasonable. Ken is a kind and gentle man and best of all, his needles don’t hurt!
Our whole family has been seeing Dr Kenneth Wong for the past 9 years and he has looked after our dental health with the utmost professionalism. He has done crowns, wisdom teeth removal, general dental care and even a root canal with great results and minimal distress! I would highly recommend him and his practice. They have a very friendly reception service as well which makes our experience very pleasant all round.
