I’ve been at the practice around 3 years. Previous dental practices have filled me with fear after having a very bad experience at one.
I had a severe case of periodontal disease. I was petrified of seeing anyone. I decided I needed to take action as I was sure all my teeth were going to fall out sooner or later.
I was reassured at each stage by the lovely reception staff and Dentist. Whilst nervous I was dealt with with empathy and they understood my fear. I was allocated to the hygienist Kerry Wilson who is absolutely amazing. My teeth have totally changed and without her being so good at what she does I am sure I would have started to lose teeth. I have healthier gums too. It’s be a long journey but her passion about the job shines through with my outcome.
If you are scared of the dentist, don’t be scared of this practice and if you need to see a hygienist, I feel Kerry is the best around. Get that appointment booked.
I cannot recommend Whittle Dental Practice highly enough. The whole team are excellent & the practice is extremely clean & well run. Every member of staff is professional & friendly providing a fantastic level of customer service & satisfaction. The practice manager Sarah is excellent & always manages to get us an appointment whenever we need one, going the extra mile to ensure appointments are at suitable times. Every staff member I have encountered has made our visits to the dentists pleasurable, which is particularly challenging with young children!!! The staff are wonderful with my children & put them completely at ease!! My children ENJOY their visits & we would never go anywhere else!!!
The whole team at Whittle Dental Practice are excellent, always friendly and professional. The standard of care I have received from Kerry, the Dental Hygiene is outstanding. Through her assessment, care and advice my gum health is hugely improved. I cannot thank her enough. I have been with the practice for around 30 years. When I moved out of area I still travelled to stay with the practice and am happy and confident to be with them for all my future dental care.
