Such a great first experience! My previous dentist is retiring, so I was transferred to Dr. Wagner with a great dental assistant from Dr. Crump’s office, Mandy. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was so nice an accommodating from the moment I walked into the door for my 6 month cleaning. Kim was my dental assistant for the visit, and she was so nice and gentle when doing my x-rays and cleaning. Both she and Dr. Wagner made it a priority to get to know me a bit and make me feel comfortable. I was very pleased with my experience.
I highly recommend Dr Wagner. I was new to him due to my dentist retiring. Unfortunately I had developed a cavity that my old dentist didn’t catch. Dr Wagner informed me that I would need a root canal and crown. I have never had to have any major dental work so I was upset and terrified. Dr Wagner and his staff got me in quickly and took excellent care of me. They knew how anxious I was and they made sure I was comfortable all through the procedure. They were all very nice and helped to put my mind at ease.
Such an incredible experience! Called the office for an emergency and was able to be seen the same day, which was a huge relief. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Wagner is kind and explained what was going on in a way that make me feel like I was the dentist. Overall, couldn’t recommend more!
