Reviews:
Office staff is lovely. That’s the only redeeming quality I can offer. Anyway, was told in March my flippant dentist was going on vacation and would be back April 8th to review my case. It is now May 10th. Not even a whisper since then. Really makes you feel valued as a patient.

I chose Willamette because of the two dental plans offered by my employer, this one supposedly offered some coverage for implants and adult orthodontics. What they really meant is they insist on doing the extraction, then outsource you to a partnered clinic which isn’t covered by insurance, and that’s that. Swell. The other clinic mentioned for the best outcome, they recommend a bone graft at the time of extract, which Willamette doesn’t offer. But they won’t cover you at all if you get the extraction with the clinic they send you to, which does have the ability to graft. Make it make sense.

If I’d known I would be in the hook for the full cost anyway, I’d have gone with the plan that has more than two locations and a thorough cleaning. What a joke….

Can I give a negative 5 stars??? The care and quality is just not there. Had a root canal and crown placed with multitude of issues where I had to return dozens of times for improper fitting and crown repeatedly falling off. They charged my insurance for the same crown multiple times too. It’s been 2 years and my crown fell off again. They said they will email the manager and see if she can get back to me sometime because she’s not in today. They said because I no longer have that insurance I would be responsible to pay out of pocket. I told them my new dentist confirmed it was never fitted properly and they need to fix their mess. They don’t seem to care. No empathy or promptness in helping resolve the issue. I’m also 8 1/2 months pregnant and they said just don’t eat on that side and only eat soft foods… this is completely unacceptable.
Polite but very unprepared. Dentist seemed unsure. Assistant kept having to walk off to get things during procedure when it should have all been prepared in advance. One appointment my son sat around for over an hour to be told they can’t do the work that day. The 2 stars are because we weren’t charged that day as “a courtesy” but I honestly would never recommend or return. They really need to step up their game. Prepare, review, train, and they may have a shot.
