Dr Lee is a nice, gentle and professional person. However, the male receptionist at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. He treated my daughter poorly. He took her debit card out of her hands as she was paying and displayed a harsh attitude towards her (even as she was being polite to him).
This is not the first bad review against the male receptionist , Dr Lee should consider hiring someone else. Also I know two of his patients and they do not want to go back because of the receptionist.

Ps: There is a female receptionist who works at this location. She is very polite, pleasant and professional. Sadly this is the case where one bad apple spoils the whole barrel…

Dr. Li is wonderful. I went to my pediatric dentist until I could no longer keep seeing him when I turned 18 and then I went to my family’s dentist who turned out to be a right butcher. I had never been scared to go to the dentist until that one. I was then recommended Dr. Li by other family members and have been grateful for the recommendation ever since. Dr. Li and his hygienists are all very kind and light-handed. I’ve since moved away from Port Coquitlam but I still go to see Dr. Li twice a year because he’s worth the drive.

Dr. Lee is such a nice and gentle dentist. However the man who answers the phone is insanely rude and unprofessional, to the point I’m actually looking for a new dentist just so I don’t have to deal with him. Won’t let you finish a sentence, seems to have zero clue as to how to speak to people. Unfortunate as I really liked Dr. Lee.
