When I originally called I was planning to make an appointment for aftercare for a planned extraction and future implant in Appleton after a very bad and painful failed attempt at an extraction with my previous dentist. I was hesitant when I was told that they would be able to do the extraction and my planned implant there. I had planned on getting laughing gas at the extraction because I was still pretty traumatized from the botched extraction – let me tell you I had no pain at all and didn’t even need the laughing gas – I could not be more pleased with the care I received. Needless to say I will be using Wisconsin River Family Dentist for all my future dental needs.

I went off the reviews and gave this place a try, because I have had such bad experiences many times over else where and came to this wonderful place. I was nervous and very anxious on how I would be treated. Let me just say if you’ve had bad past experiences and or can’t handle pain? Then look no further, because the gentleman I had was amazing in delivering no pain and making sure I understood everything. They are so professional and funny to boot!!! I found my new place to be, because i won’t have fears anymore coming here . Thank you to the staff for making me feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!!

Their reply is laughable as they won’t take a cash customer!!!

I called Wisconsin River Family Dental 4/8/24 to see about getting a wisdom tooth extracted to avoid having to go out of town to have this done. Told them I knew they were not in my network so I would be paying out of pocket. I was told that they will not see anyone who has a Medicare Advantage Plan even if you would pay out of pocket. Talk about senior discrimination! Told them I would be happy
to do some free advertising for them. Wish they were as polite and cooperating as their website portrays them….
