Dr. Pugh and his staff have not only restored my dental health, but my faith and trust in dentistry. I had a strong phobia of dental procedures and even taking care of my own teeth, which was rooted in childhood experiences with a less-than-friendly or child-oriented dentist. Together with Dr. Pugh, and his staff, we developed a treatment plan that was sensitive to my fears, distrust, and bank account. Over the period of two years, we have worked at filling cavities, completing crowns in one sitting, and most recently, an extraction while I was awake. I NEVER would have been able to do that without building trust with Dr. Pugh over time and feeling the support from him and his staff through the multiple procedures. Wait times are minimal. I’ve been seen timely in an emergency and I have always been impressed by the commitment to “state of the art” technology and staff education in this office. I have brought my husband and my son to this practice they are truly the best for me and my family.

I have been “looking” for a dentist since we moved into the area 3 years ago. All I could fine were treat ’em and street ’em practices. On the recommendation of a neighbor, I called Dr Pugh for a problem. I had an appointment that day. The dr fixed the problem and I was on my way. EVERYONE was friendly, courteous, and professional. I have a routine cleaning scheduled next week. I think I have found the dental care I’m looking for.

Returned for a follow up cleaning and exam. Same experience- EXCELLENT! I have no problem recommending this practice for anyone looking for solid dental care in a “non-factory” environment.

A warm, welcoming, and friendly staff. First thing in the morning, most of us don’t want to think about a dental appointment. Dr. Pugh’s crew are dedicated and informed professionals who make the typically “dreaded” dentist visit any time of day a comfortable and positive experience right from check-in to check out. The staff stays current on the most up-to-date methods of dental care and do a fantastic job taking the time to explain procedures and practices. We are so fortunate to have such wonderful dental professionals in our community!
