Been debating whether or not to do this review but decided i will as i feel it needs to be done.

I did write a review a year ago and gave 5 stars as couldn’t fault my experience. But the last couple of times i have been especially my last appointment, has been awful.
I arrived for my appointment and as soon as i did i was made to feel uncomfortable.
I suffer with anxiety and depression and hate being in situations where the focus is on me so this has affected me somewhat as i tend to dwell on things. The dental assistant along with another dental assistant were laughing but i thought nothing of it until my name was mentioned whilst i was walking into the treatment room. Whilst i was being examined the ladies in reception along with one of the dental assistants kept turning the music up loud then down that is in the treatment room whilst i was being examined and then X-Rayed constantly changing the songs along with the other dental assistant and one of the receptionists kept coming into the room and giggling and making comments to the dentist (the door was left wide open for other patients to here and see all this ) which then started him laughing. I then said to him they have the giggles to which he replied ” it’s what keeps up going” which is fair enough i understand that, but not at the expense of your patients experience, to the point where it makes them feel so uncomfortable especially when they suffer with anxiety which was in my notes.
The whole experience was so unprofessional and childish i felt like i was back at school. I was due to go back for two more appointments but my anxiety got the better of me due to this experience and i really need the treatment but just can’t go back. Hopefully my experience was a one off and no one else has to experience what i did and made to feel the way i have been left to feel!!!

I’m a big butch man but for some reason going to the dentist Terrifies Me, when I arrived at the dental practice there was 2 ladies at reception i told them straight from the word go I’m a little bit nervous, they told me not to worry myself you’re in safe hands and we will get you sorted I filled some forms and went into the waiting area waiting to be called through, a young lady called my name and said to follow her I went into the room with a warm welcome from the dentist who Introduced himself as jas and the young lady was Cerys and they will be looking after me While I was having treatment they was talking to me making sure I was comfortable and just basically making me feel at ease which they did thanks guys for what you did got rid of my pain straight away however it was like I was talking like Quasimodo for about 1 hour after lol I’ve got to go back again in a weeks time to have a little bit more treatment however I feel great about going after they done amazing job for me the first time so once again thank you jas and Cerys outstanding work. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone it’s a yes from me

I decided to get Invisalign in March 2023 and I have now completed my treatment. I can’t thank Jas and the team enough at Wolverhampton Dental. They have made my journey stress free and smooth. Jas was really attentive to what I wanted the outcome to be and that has been achieved… Not only are my teeth now straight they have also been whitened. We also had regular appointments throughout my Invisalign treatment so we could discuss how it was going. Thank you so much, I wouldn’t have wanted any other person to undertake my Invisalign journey. Wolverhampton dental are trustworthy, friendly, an inviting team and really accommodating.
