Dr. Foley seems like a genuine person and that’s appreciated. I wanted to continue going to this location but after 2 receptionists talked to me in a disparaging way, I believe it’s safe to say, there is a mutual agreement on me not returning. A business or service to the public should always communicate professionally or at least try and also transparency is important when it comes to fees or charges, especially if it is a set fee. Knowing for certain services that there will be a co-pay with insurance is understandable but to be recommended to be seen and not mention there will be a $125 fee is beyond me. True the customer can ask questions but if you are running a business, don’t blame the customer and not accept any accountability on your behalf, because not everyone may be prepared on the spot to pay a surprise fee of $125. The thing is, I had the money, but when mentioned, this wasn’t communicated in advance, it was only just a matter of trying to shed light on how that could be beneficial to other customers as well, but the two ladies I spoke to had attitudes and one of the ladies was very animated with her antics.
Anyhow, thanks to Dr. Foley and to the few receptionists who were nice but it’s time to go elsewhere.

Completely wasted my family’s time. We paid 3,000 for work to be done and the work was never completed. Dr. Foley claims to be there for military families, that’s a complete lie. Having to dispute credit card charges now because she flat out refuses to refund for work she never even did. Now wants an additional 8,000. Military members avoid this place and Dr. Foley. Scam artists.

The money was returned, and I tried reaching out to Dr. Foley like she said below. Disappointingly, Dr. Foley never directly communicated with us. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and cowardice.

The receptionist (Jessie) did his best to work with us on price and it is my belief that Dr. Foley was upset by the cost that was given to us by Jessie. Be wary of scheduling procedures here, as greed and unprofessional communication seem to be common practice.

I had such a great experience at Woodcreek Family Dentistry! Dr Foley was awesome! I was so nervous for the wisdom tooth extraction procedure but she took her time and made the appointment super comfortable for me. I know it sounds crazy but it was a PAINLESS extraction!!! I did not feel anything! Nothing at all!! She took her time to numb me slowly and gently in short intervals and the extraction itself took less than 5mins! Literally! She just said we’re done! And I was still bracing myself for some pain but I had NONE! The whole experience was AMAZING!!! I was completely blown away!! I totally recommend her for all dental work! She is highly qualified and well experienced!
