I am extremely disappointed at the lack of respect for my time. I arrived early to my 10am appointment. At about 10:25 the dental assistant brought me back to the office as she said she needed to clean the room.
After sitting for about 10 mins of the assistant telling me the doctor wasn’t ready I finally asked if the doctor would be ready within the next 10-15 mins. The doctor said she would not be ready, so I left to get to my next appt. On the way out the receptionist blamed me for needing to fill out the forms, the forms took me 5-7 minutes to fill out, irrelevant as the doctor wasn’t going to be ready by 10:50, my appt was 10am. 15-20 minute wait time I can understand, not 45-60 minutes.

My smile will never be the same…and that’s a good thing! Dr. Hicken is a true professional yet easy to talk to and makes you comfortable from the first minute. I had my fair share of experience with braces as a teenager but the invisalign technology combined with Dr. Hicken’s care and precision gave me the smile I always wanted to have! His team is friendly and caring. I would highly recommend this place and their services.

Dr. Hicken is the most caring, polite and accurate orthodontist around. He spends time truly getting to know you and strives for absolute perfection. I came to him for a retreat treatment after not wearing my retainer and I used Invisalign. It was so easy! He carefully explained the entire process and made me feel important. I am extremely thrilled with my results. I recommend him to all of my family and friends.
