They treated me like just another number, did not take the time to get to know my dental routine, and were very clearly trying to get me in and out as soon as they could. I was frequently told that I needed procedures that other dentists said I did not need. One of the hygienists was super rough and did not care when I expressed pain during cleanings. They also did not offer advice for how to keep up my dental routine at home. I got a very expensive on-lay filling done and they were not honest with me about the price or type it was (they said I NEEDED the most expensive form of filling) and my insurance did not cover it. Despite having to pay hundreds of dollars for this they did not leave it correct and I had to keep coming back for pain and revisions to it. 2 stars instead of 1 because they do have pretty good availability for appointments including weekends and one male hygienist on my last visit was very informative and did seem to care about my experience and educated me on gym health. Go to anywhere else in town!

Let me start off by saying I’ve been going to this Dentistry for years. Today I went in for a cleaning , nothing out of the ordinary . Service and everything was fine up until going to the front desk and being told after my cleaning and a laser treatment to my gums that I owed $130 for the said laser treatment. Throughout my visit, at no point was I informed that this treatment would incur an extra cost. I understand that dental treatments can sometimes vary in terms of what’s necessary, but transparency about costs is crucial. As a longstanding customer, I would have appreciated being informed beforehand or at least during the treatment so I could have made an informed decision.

I had nothing but an awesome experience here. (Luis the hygienist) was the best I have ever dealt with. He made me feel very comfortable . He was very gentle, thorough and explained everything clearly. He was incredibly patient and took the time to address all my concerns. his attention to detail is impressive and I will definitely be back to see him. (Jenea )the girl that works the front desk was awesome as well . She was incredibly patient and understanding. Even when I had questions about my insurance she went above and beyond to help me. The whole team is awesome, but this girl really stands out and made my visit there amazing .
