A little bit of my background: I brush my teeth every day, use dental floss, mouth wash and go to the dentist every 6 month. With the exception of when I moved to Washington state took me 1 year to find a dentist. Dr Hayes did the gum test, and she pushed so hard that I was in pain. She had to numb me. It got even worse when I asked her how possible my gum got worse in 8 months, and she said poor oral hygiene, and I told her that my habits haven’t changed for the last 10 years. I finished crying She was rude and unprofessional, and she left without giving me another answer. My appointment was at 9 am and it is 330 pm and I’m still in pain. Update 48 hours later I’m still in pain

Dr Hutchinson and his staff are fantastic! It is a totally state of the art practice with all the latest tools, etc., and Dr. Hutchinson has a great reputation for volunteering to help low income kids with dental work over the years. He visits with all his patients and truly takes an interest in you as a person. His caring is reflected in the entire staff, from the minute you walk in the door. In chatting with the dental techs, they all say it is a great place to work. When my wife had issues with another dentist in town, I referred her over and she confirmed that “the Hutch” and staff are the best..

Great, great family dentist. I’ve been coming here for close to 20 years. Front desk, techs and Dr Hutchinson are always super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. There is absolutely no up-selling at this office which seems to be a trend in some dental clinics. They truly care about your dental health. While the exterior is unassuming, my 6 year old daughter loves coming here. Staff make her feel very comfortable and safe. Bonus, she gets a surprise and stickers after the visit!
