I want to say this is the most and the only unprofessional dentist I have ever seen so far in my life. I walked with my senior dad for the first time visit. We didn’t get any treatment from Dr, we have no idea about his skill. This review is all about his manner. I have never seen a dentist walking in without even saying hello, his first word to me was, He got very bad teeth! I was totally shocked. He did about 10 minutes checking, shaking his head for more than 10 times I would say? Then He shrugged his shoulder and asked me directly, what do you want me to do? I was excuse me??? It maybe the fact my father got bad condition, maybe worth nothing for further treatment, and he is diabetes, got infection condition, its complicated cases making most dentist considering doing no further trying. But all your language and behavior is unprofessional for a dentist. I feel extremely uncomfortable for the whole time. I fully respect and thankful for the receptionist who help to book appointment, pre-visit and Michele who did the x-ray, full exam for my father. Thank you. And this low rate review is all about my experience with the Dr. Very rude, cold, unprofessional. Horrible terrible experience here.

I am over 67 and now under Ontario seniors dental care program. Since November, 2020, I visited Woodroffe Dental Care at least seven times. During all my visits, I had experienced the best dental care ever. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. The staff was exceptionally great. They were very welcoming and friendly. The dentist, Dr. Phan-Vu Nguyen, was very nice, informative, and experienced. He made me feel right at home and as if I was his friend. I am very grateful to him because he provided me the excellent service, undivided attention and absolutely individualized personal care. I always felt that I was in good hands during all my visits. I feel absolutely delighted to inform all the concerned people that I will be coming here for all my future dental needs! As I received excellent and outstanding dental service during all previous visits, I would highly recommend Woodroffe Dental Care if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy dentist’s office in Ottawa. – Nur Mia

My surgery for an implant went so well. Dr takes his time, is gentle and encouraging and genuinely concerned that his patient is confident and comfortable during surgery, and healing well afterwards. I highly recommend this dentist for the procedures involved in implanting a tooth. No bruising, no swelling and very little discomfort considering that this is major surgery. Five stars for sure.
