Hygienist is very experienced, professional and friendly, she is very careful and patient cleaning my teeth, she also has good memory about my interests. Even though the dental clinic is clean, the garbage was overloaded in spite of being a morning appointment, i believe they need to have cleaners clear the garbage bins more often. Staff at the reception are also very friendly and proficient.
I’ve changed from three different dentists in past couple of years cos of bad experience with the hygienist or receptionist. Almost changed again cos on my first visit, the person assisting the dentist refused to use neck guard when I asked for it before taking x-ray all around my teeth (she plainly said i didn’t need one, but i read that if they didn’t provide, a patient has the right to ask for it to protects the neck… I do my research!!! I was only given one to protect my body).

Everyone is amazing! My friend recommended this place, told me dental cleaning will take more than 1hr but it will give good results. From the front desk herself, she helped me with instructions in the building as I got lost. The dentist explained everything to me. From watching my insurance cost itself, to taking photos of my teeth to explain it thoroughly and xray to show my wisdom teeth. Everything was perfect and I felt taken care of, not just like some other clinic who will rip you and convince you to do all procedure. Will be back again. Highly recommend

I’m editing my review because they can’t stop calling me. Blocked them too many times already. Always receiving emails and calls from them for follow up. I will book if I need to book. Please stop bothering me

The office provided me with a very pleasant experience, Dr. Wassermann and Co. were fantastic. He has a team that I grew very fond of quickly, I was able to rub shoulders with Francine. Caitlin, Mary, Ranju, and Rahimida :)! I would highly recommend them after being treated by them numerous times! I’m sure the rest of the team is just as wonderful :). Thanks you for your help guys! Looking forward to seeing you all again!
