Excellent Dental Clinic. This place runs like all should. The receptionist greets you, takes care of you, sends reminders of appointments etc. The Dental Hygienists/Nurses/Assistants are very professional and expert, doing everything efficiently and courteously. The operating rooms are well separated , clean and equipment is neat and tidy! Lastly, the Dentists themselves, take time to understand the issue, provide suggestions and options for care. Once decision is made, they arrange it all, get it done, and the after-care service is exemplary. Wanted to give more stars… but only 5 available!
I would 100% recommend this clinic for its quality and professionalism. I recently had a check-up and clean with Dr Chris Lee at The World Square practice where I was made to feel very comfortable in the most professional way. Dr Chris Lee went above and beyond, not only providing me with a comprehensive clean and examination, he also addressed my concerns and took his time to explain things to me in an understandable and caring way. Looking forward to seeing the World Citi Dental team for my next check-up.
I have been long time patient and friend of this clinic, spanning over 25 years. Dr. Lee and his staff became our new dentist, we(my family) have experienced nothing but top notch care. He obviously cares about his patients, their comfort during the procedure and the total experience. He communicates well about the procedures before and as they are performed, based on our experience. And best of all-he is very thorough and dental work of high quality! I would recommend Dr. Matthew Lee any day.
