Came for a first-time check up and cleaning last week, and very impressed with my visit. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, helpful, and patient. Even though Helen’s (the receptionist) first language was not English, she thoroughly and kindly worked through all the details with me. Lisa (the hygienist) could tell I was a bit nervous, and chatted with me the entire time to help me relax and remain distracted. Dr. Chao came promptly for my examination, handled my teeth with skill and professionalism, and made sure to communicate with me about what I needed to do next. They were very respectful about asking me what I wanted to do after hearing their recommendations as well.

From a COVID perspective, I found the clinic to be very clean and well maintained. The clinic was not overbooked and the waiting area was set up in accordance with proper physical distancing protocols. The room I was in was completely isolated, and no one other than myself, Lisa, and Dr. Chao ever came inside for the duration of the exam. Everything had been wiped down (I could see and smell it), Lisa put on fresh PPE while I was able to observe her doing so, and things were being disposed of properly as well.

I am a recently graduated student who didn’t have access to proper dental care for a few years, and I wasn’t looking forward to this appointment. But I left with a spring in my step and with confidence in the care I received and will continue to receive. I am certain of Dr. Foo and his team’s ability to make any patient feel comfortable and welcome and satisfied.

I’d like to extend my gratitude to Helen, Lisa, Dr. Chao, and the other members of the team. This is a clinic that I would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been going to Dr Foo for years! I would recommend going to him if you need a dentist. The hygienists are great, and make me feel comfortable everytime. The front desk staff are friendly and professional! In particular, Kelly is so helpful, organized and experienced in her role-an asset to the team! The office recently upgraded their x-ray machine so the results are immediate and they have a tv in each room. By comparison the costs are slightly higher than other dentists (my husband’s) but I think it’s worth it due to the level of service. Parking is free but need to allocate time to find a spot nearby.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Foo and his assistant, and couldn’t be more satisfied. The tooth looks great and the whole process was pain free! I would absolutely recommend both if you need any dental work. Very well maintained office and all of the staff have been amazing!
