Reviews:
This was literally the worse customer service I have experienced in a very long time and that’s coming from someone involved in the industry. The actual Doctors were great but even they showed frustration on multiple occasions with the receptionists in the front desk. THE RECEPTIONISTS at the desk obviously have no regards for their customers and they show it as well that they don’t care. The biggest issue is there is clearly no communication with whoever calls the clients and the receptionists.
It’s unfortunate because I really liked the doctors, but the girls in the front make this experience unbearable. My first visit I had no knowledge of how a route canal works. After the first procedure all they told me at the front was to get antibiotics and I was done. I randomly get a call a few days later asking when I’m coming back to finish the tooth! I wasn’t aware the process wasn’t even completed. I was extremely worried and paranoid at this point. I’m horrified by this place because I truly hate ppl that clearly don’t give a damn about others. Like just be professional and do your job it’s not that hard.
I was also put on hold and hung up on, on multiple times while me being professional on my end. SAVE YOURSELF NOW!
I am a customer for a few years now. As I write this review I am in shock at the level of unprofessionalism with front desk

I just called to ask for a previous X-ray I took. We didn’t get to that part because I was unable to hear the front desk member. I told her she sounds far and she simply hung up

I called back and apologized for the disconnect and she said she hung up on me because she couldn’t hear me, she seemed bothered and annoyed

I asked her her name to know who this person is for future reference

As I asked her name she ignored me and continues to ask me “what do you want” (beyond unprofessional)
I proceeded to ask her name and she continued to ignore my question and insisted on asking me what I wanted

I asked again and she simply hung up
I am currently calling back and no answer

Their office hours are until 5pm and I am perplexed at this level of unprofessionalism

Still calling and no answer . This is being done on purpose and here I am trying to retrieve my files from them

I will no longer return to this facility
The doctor is also on coke or drugs everytime! Sweating all over the place and the front desk are all caddy Dominican women

I should of known better

Do not go to this dental office or you’ll regret it! YES Dental at 1420 St. Nicholas avenue is the absolute worst dental office I’ve ever encountered. A clinic in the middle of NYC, that’s supposed to serve the immigrant community, takes advantage of their clients. The unprofessionalism from these people is disgusting! I’ve been waiting since June for crowns, yet these people lie to the insurance companies about missed appointments when they never contacted me personally. They assume people don’t have jobs or obligations like them and have you waiting to return calls, come in for procedures, and wait hours at this office even when you do have an appointment. The office manager, 1 of the front desk girls, and 1 particular dentist should quit their jobs as they do not know anything about healthcare or good customer service. Had to finally make a complaint with my insurance and pull my authorizations so I could go somewhere else. Worst experience of my life with YES Dental. You should all be ashamed to be called professionals!
