I had a dental emergency ie an excruciating tooth ache that started out of the blue and because I am the marketing executive for Yorkshire Implant Centre, I had the chance of being helped there and then, on the spot, as booking my dentist would have meant at least a few hours, if not the next day. I am both a phobic and nervous patient, with a low pain tolerance and an extreme gagging reflex. I am terrified of dentists, although I do my best to be a cooperative patient- which does not happen often as nature tends to take over.

Dr. Kumar took a 3D xray scan of my mouth – external, wich had imediate results and then the extraction did not take more than a few minutes. In 10 minutes all in all I was free of pain and I have not suffered – pretty much at all!

I did not gag, injections were not very painful and Dr. Kumar’s patient side manner is absolutely amazing.

A classic case of marketing profession – believe in your service -, I am now a true believer and ambasador of Yorkshire Implant Centre professionalism and sheer talent.

Bank holiday looming and I cracked my too denture. I went to Dentsl Express housed in the Yorkshire Implant Centre. After a one and a half hour wait I was reunited with my top set ready and waiting for only half the amount my local Dental repair centres wanted. Great! Hiowever when I put my teeth in it was a different story my gums are shredded, and I am unable to eat, it is Saturday and they are not open to file down the lumps and bumps on the denture to make them fit. Surely they could have made them wearable they knew I was not recommended from my dentist, but direct from home. Grrrr
