I had the worst experience in your dental They make you get your teeth treated there and then they make you leave halfway through the treatment. They tell you to come back next time. But the next time you come to them, they don’t let you in. They say they have too many appointments. I’ve been trying to complete my tooth treatment for seven months now, and every time I come back, they say we don’t have room or the doctor has left, they make you wait as they are searching for a way to let you in but after waiting for one hour eventually they say there is no room , and when you take an appointment there you go at the same day and same time as your appointment supposed to be they tell you that they made someone else go to into your appointment .

I had an appointment scheduled for 9 PM for a regular dental cleaning, but after waiting for an hour without being seen, I had no choice but to leave. To make matters worse, I saw another patient being taken in during my appointment time. I even got an X-ray done but never saw the doctor. When I took my ID back from the receptionist, they didn’t seem to care at all. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable, especially since the clinic closes at 10 PM. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will not be returning. I hope the clinic takes immediate steps to improve their scheduling and respect for patients.

Dr.Yara was very meticulous and professional in her work. She was welcoming and gave me extended consultation and performed great dental work according to my request. I am very pleased with her work and I would highly recommend her for any dental work. Thank You Dr. Yara !!
