Registration and Appointment Experience:

I was suffering from excruciating dental pain and contacted Your Dental Almere on their Webpage. I received reply within 15 minutes and a call as well. I was enlisted within no time but unfortunately the dentist was booked completely so appointment was possible only after 5 days. Upon request, they managed to provide an appointment in 3 days.

Dentist Visit Experience:

I reached the place fairly easily as it is located in a great place and visible clearly from far. Their is ample parking space right in front of the clinic. The management is efficient so their was no crowd as well. The front desk personnel received me warmly and helped me fill up the formalities. Within minutes of reaching and filling up the forms I was greeted by the dentist and led into the check up room by him. He requested an X-Ray and after evaluation of the same he suggested extraction of two of the molar teeth. He prescribed necessary medicine and helped me to get another appointment within a week in his busy schedule.

Procedural Experience:

On the day of the extraction, the Dentist helped me calm down and overcome the white coat hypertension. Then proper anesthesia was provided with my consent and then it was a Midas touch. After the procedure was complete, he asked me to follow proper aftercare and encouraged me to maintain good dental hygiene.

Overall:
I am very much satisfied with the service of the Dentist and the establishment. All the process was smooth and warmly handled.

I can definitely say: This is the best dental clinic ever, From the super kind and gentle girls at the reception, Doctor House and Maraviglia friendly, professional, and attentive to the needs, open to answer all the questions and after years, I finally have the smile that I wanted, I came every time from Amsterdam cause I trust them fully. I really want to thank you, and I really appreciate! Also doctor Shadkam very precise and attentive!
If you don’t speak Dutch very well everyone make effort to speak English to you. Not very expensive at all to be honest. I am very satisfied thanks a lot again!

I have received a letter from the incasso bureau for payment that I have never recived from them. I have tried to contanct them and ask for information and they didnt show me a proof that they send me that bill. After that I have to pay 40EUR fine to the incasso buerau because they didnt send me the bill.
You have to be sure that you inform your clients that they have a bill to pay, not to send them to another bill companies!!!
You lost me as a client, and all my family.
