Probably the best dentist experience I have ever had. I was initially apprehensive about finding a dentist in a new country, especially with the potential language barrier. However, from the moment I walked in, the team made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. They explained everything thoroughly, which really put my mind at ease. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire team displayed a high level of professionalism. Scheduling the appointment online was also very easy and worked really well. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental care in Berlin.

Dr. Kunzel is so helpful and cheerful and skillful also other people are skillful and nice.
I visited here as a second opinion because I had one tooth / gum issue and other dentist said pulling it away is the only option.
She listened to me a lot and explained through the process, gave me time / choices to think, explain the cost clearly.
Waiting time is always less than 10minutes and they communicate if they need to change appointments.

I had an excellent experience at Zahnarzte Kunzel. The receptionist is friendly and accommodating, as well as the dental assistant. My dentist, Dr. Elena Erb, is also very nice and competent. She thoroughly managed my complaints, treated it on the spot, and communicated every step so I don’t feel uncomfortable. They have a fantastic office too – with modern facilities and a cosy waiting area. Overall, I am happy to have found this practice. A true gem in Charlottenburg.
