Pani Olena chudovii profesional. Odnogo vizitu bulo dostatn’o, shchob tse zrozumiti, tomu shcho mii pidlitok, iakii z ditinstva boyit’sia stomatologiv (pislia nevdalogo dosvidu) skazav, shcho tse naikrashchii stomatolog v sviti, do iakogo navit’ z Ukrayini varto yikhati na priiom! Svoyim molodshim bratam vin zrobiv taku reklamu, shcho voni poprosilisia zapisati yikh tezh na priiom. Ia vzhe yikh zapisala (treba skorishe takim skoristatisia ) i tomu mozhu chesno vsim rekomenduvati.
Frau Rudyk ist ein echter Profi. Wahrend der Behandlung wird immer eine sehr angenehme Atmosphare geschaffen, alle verfugbaren Behandlungsmoglichkeiten werden so ausfuhrlich und verstandlich wie moglich besprochen. Ich fuhle mich sicher in der Praxis und ich weiss, Frau Rudyk wird dafur sorgen, dass es nicht weh tut. Das ganze Team ist sehr einfuhlsam und man fuhlt sich sehr wohl.
Die Praxis ist gut ausgestattet, das Personal lachelt und ist freundlich. Die Arztin erklarte immer, warum es passiert ist und wie die Behandlung aussehen wurde. Ich denke, das ist wichtig. Die Kommunikation kann in mehreren Sprachen erfolgen. Ich bin rundum zufrieden.
