I recently took my son to Zhao Dental and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The team were amazing with him, they explained everything in a kid-friendly manner, which really put him at ease.They took the time to explain each procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed.

The hygienist was thorough and gentle, making the cleaning process smooth and painless.The clinic’s modern technology enhanced the experience, providing efficient and high-quality care.

Overall, it was an excellent visit. Thank you for making my son’s dental visit so pleasant and enjoyable!

Called several times and even visited locally to find out if they still can take care our dental need for the family since John Ko our previous dentist left the practice at this location. Also wanted to find about the crown that was ordered by previous dentist. The kept saying they will call us back but never received the call back with update. I really wanted to them to take care of my whole family members dental needs. They lost the us as a big customer. I am sure they have enough customer to take care and not care about some of them.

Never thought I would say that I enjoyed a visit to the dentist. Today, that changed. Went to see Dr. Zhao with a terrible tooth ache. She ‘diagnosed’ the problem within a minute and explained my options. She answered all questions and after my decision was made, she worked skillfully to ‘fix’ the issue. I felt no pain and was reassured the whole time that all was going well. Was thinking of finding a dentist closer to home (Walnut Creek) but will now buck the traffic to see her and her Staff.
