I saw Doctor Kitty Lam after I had unresolved issues from another dental office. For weeks I have been dealing with pain that went unaddressed. Doctor Lam was so patient and professional is hearing my concerns, and referred me to Doctor Eric Chu.
Both Doctor Eric Chu and Doctor Kitty Lam are very friendly. They made their office a very welcoming environment and I feel very relax/worry free when I see them.
I really appreciate the work Doctor Eric Chu, Debbie and his team did on completing my bridge and crown work. They continued to follow up with me after the procedure, and address my concerns and questions.
The front and staff/receptionists are very friendly, specially Komal S who greet me with a big smile every time I walk in, and professionally return my calls and answer my questions.
I am also very happy with my most recent cleaning with Rina, who really took her time to clean my teeth and was very professional.
In conclusion Dr. Eric Chu, Dr. Kitty Chu, and the staff really care about their patients. I would definitely recommend their services to any of my friends or family.
Feel so lucky to experience a way smoother than expected extraction surgery by Dr Eric Chu this week that seemed to be the most amazing procedure I’ve ever had. This was after I had consultations at other locations in other cities who had dentists that weren’t confident enough about the procedure. It was extra special here too because Dr Chew was so flexible and understanding while communicating different options and so pleasant during the surgery with his calming humming singing which made it a good memory to have. They explained the after care instructions so carefully and even gave a follow up call to make sure everything was going ok too.
I had a fantastic experience with the cleaning and dental services at Smiles at Fleetwood Dental Group. The staff are all very professional and specialists in their field. I feel fortunate to have experienced their services and plan to have regular check-ups for as long as I’m living in B.C., Canada.
