I wish i can give 5 star from previous visit to office but now staff is not up to mark and Dr. Dhaliwal always in rush, had concerns on filling which is done at same clinic but didn’t taken care that time now i lost it. The new filling on new teeth is also too ruff and sharp Dr. Didn’t even asked how i feel and when i told her its sharp and ruff she told me it will take time same thing she told me in previous which i lost now.
Doctor is great person but in rush should take patients concern seriously hope she understands other person is in pain and human who also took time off from work and here to get help not to get another issue in mouth to deal later, anyhow not going for further treatment already had 2 bad experiences i think that’s enough to put this review and move on to new Dr. With positive mind because this whole experience hurt my confidence in dentists because they are not that stressed like other medical institutions and when they doing this rush service its not a good massage…

I would give York Dental Clinic a zero, but the system won’t allow me. Even though i booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance, they kept calling me everyday to come earlier because they had cancellations, i said no every time but kept getting phone calls. And then a day before my appointment, without a notice they moved it back an hour because they had a cancellation. I booked this according to my schedule well in advance. The lady ended up cancelling my appointment and tried to reschedule me for the next week. So inconvenient and unprofessional.
I strongly suggest retraining your staff on professionalism and proper phone etiquette. Whoever I spoke to was very rude. She would not listen to what i had to say, and kept speaking over me.
I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Hi I wanted to take a minute to give this amazing dental clinic a 5 star I wish they had 10 but this will work. Me and my family have been going there for the past 4 years and I have to tell you how amazing they are. I wanted to thank and give a 10 star to ” NAVI “she is amazing. I love her work and she pays so much attention to little details and she works very hard and makes sure that the patient is comfortable and explains everything as she works. I wish they had a tip jar so I could leave her many tips as I come but that’s not possible so I thought to leave a review for this amazing business. Thank you NAVI for the great experience each time I have visited and keep up the hard and good work you have been doing! God bless you!
