Reviews:
Incredibly DISSAPOINTED with this dental clinic.

I had been to this clinic twice. Once for a dental cleaning / teeth whitening and the other for a removal of all 4 wisdom teeth.

Both times Dr. Phan and his crew had done great work. I could not have been happier. Dr. Phan then recommended I come back for a consultation to discuss getting treatment for Invisalign now that my wisdom teeth had been removed. I was happy to hear him out.

On the day of the consultation I was placed in a small office room with Rico (person in charge of financing) to discuss the treatment, the cost and possible payment options.

I was made to watch YouTube videos and discuss for about 2 hours while Rico kept referring to plaque as “worms” and constantly flipping through an open tab of a google image search of maggots while he searched for the next video.

Dr. Phan would then periodically enter the room to see how things were going and asked if I wanted to begin the treatment right away. Without even knowing how much the procedure would cost yet.

I said I would need to go home and think about my options before agreeing to anything. Dr. Phan then proceeded to mention that I was financially independent and asked if that was still the case. I am a 28 year old software engineer so his comment seemed rather perplexing. But I wondered if this is a tactic he uses with young college students to get them to sign on the spot.

Being in a room with these 2 “health professionals” pressuring you to sign a loan and accept treatment for about 2 hours was the last thing I expected. Read through the other reviews and you will see I am not alone in this experience.

He then proceeded to book a follow up appointment where I would come back and “discuss” further. Obviously I cancelled that appointment a few days later and did not come back.

They really do excellent work, but this high pressure sales tactic they employ has completely put me off from coming back here ever again.

I want to believe health professionals have your best interest at heart, but this experience has really put my trust in question.

Do not go here. Immediately I am suspicious of how pushy this dentist was. I went to see her about pain I was having in my back tooth on a saturday when no clinics were open, and she acted as if my throat would close and I would die tomorrow of asphyxiation if I didn’t let her take all 4 of my wisdom teeth right there on the spot. She was very nice but also very condescending at the same time and you could tell she wanted the money as she was using very pressuring and immoral sales tactics. She wanted to put anesthesia in my mouth before even sending the claims to my insurance and before I had even really made up my mind if I wanted to go through with it so that I wouldn’t be able to back out of it. I got really bad vibes and did not let her take my teeth out as I was supposed to see my regular dentist a few days later and she said it would get much worse if I waited. 3 days later I went to my regular dentist and they just said I had an oral infection and gave me antibiotics and pain meds, and they did not have even a slight fraction of the same sense of urgency to remove all my widsom teeth as this dentist from orozen did. Don’t go here, you will be scammed and pressured into procedures that are not urgent or necessary at the time.
I waited until I was in agonizing pain before calling to book an appointment here. I hadn’t gotten any dental work done for over a decade. I called on Saturday afternoon and got an appointment for the following Monday morning.

Dr. Lara and her assistants (Maru and one whose name I didn’t catch, sorry) were all absolute pros. I had multiple teeth pulled and I didn’t feel an ounce of pain or discomfort. The entire staff made me feel very welcome and I wasn’t ever made to feel guilty for my previous decade of horrendous and borderline non-existent dental care (lol).
