My recent experience at Newtonbrook Dental was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by everyone, from the dentist to the hygienist to the administrative staff. They created a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, which made a huge difference in easing my nerves.
One thing I really appreciated was how they kept me informed throughout my entire visit. Whether it was explaining the procedures or answering my questions, they made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. This level of communication made the whole experience much more reassuring.
Scheduling appointments was also very easy. They send reminders, which is incredibly helpful for someone with a busy schedule like mine. It’s one less thing to worry about!
