Few weeks ago I started to have a toothache and called my dentist office for an emergency appointment. Apparently, I switched dentists without my knowledge and consent and found myself in front of someone who called himself a “dentist”. He is a pathetic “dentist” who wasn’t able to provide a correct diagnostic, with a course of action as, you should have a root canal, that I might be able to do, but you should consider that I will not be able to complete and I will have to send you to someone who can. Then I said to remove the tooth, he’s answer was I could try but I would probably not be able to complete the work and I will have to send you to someone to complete the work. And he gave me an appointment a month later.

He sent me back home without any medication for pain or antibiotics to help. I spent more than 4 days without really sleeping because the amount of pain, taking Tylenol over the recommended limit because of a “dentist” who doesn’t care about his patient…This is definitely a clinic who cares more about profit than the well being of his patients.

Very bad. I used to go here every half year. They helped a lot. It seemed to be good, that was until my mother was canceled on multiple times. She then went to a different dentist due to this. They then scanned her teeth and found out that her teeth were only rotting because under the gums, old plaque was NOT being extracted! She genuinely could have avoided this entire tooth decay issue if they weren’t lazy and cleaned her teeth proper! My entire family is never going here again. Its absolutely disgusting that they’d take advantage of someone like this/make such a simple, yet destructive mistake! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I am finally getting around to writing this review. Back in March I went in for a referral, for wisdom teeth and to get a chipped tooth fixed. I cant speak to whether the price was fair but I can definitely say Dr. Kim did an excellent job repairing my tooth. Its been 5 months and absolutely nothing has gone wrong with the repair since then. I have had nothing to complain about as the procedure went very smoothly and as I said, the repair has been great! Hopefully I wont have to go back for many more problems but if I do, I will be happy to see Dr. Kim again.
