As a creature of habit and a new Alberta resident, visiting a new clinic was daunting for me. Honestly I was just going to drive back to BC to my old dentist but my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I chose crossings dental because of their reviews and I’m so glad I did! Such amazing staff, environment and doctor. I loved every bit of it. I was comfortable and they explained everything in detail giving multiple options while making sure I didn’t have any questions and understood everything. I’m very pleased with my visit. My husband even laughed when he picked me up because he said “not many people have a great time at the dentist!” We will definitely be using crossings dental as our routine clinic!

I recently went to Dr Kaylee at Crossings Dental and she was absolutely wonderful! I found the whole experience top notch, with all of the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Kaylee was exceptional in every way; thorough, kind, compassionate, explaining everything in detail, plus she has a really great sense of humour. Usually going to the dentist wouldn’t be my favourite thing to do, but I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Like most other people, I’m not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but this place has made it the most tolerable! Chelsea is always so kind and gentle with my teeth, taking extra care around super sensitive areas. They talk you thru every step in the process and go above and beyond to help. I haven’t always taken the best care of my teeth and the team at crossings have been so amazing at helping me fix that.
