It began with the secretary calling all the time asking to set up appointments the appointments were not wanted at the time as I was trying to take care of my adult daughter. We got fed up and I told them I didn’t want any appointments at the time. And she kept calling. We missed a few appointments due to my daughters health problems. My daughter was diagnosed with heart problems. I called there office back and she talked to Dr. Li and they said no. I called back and she said that my daughter posted a comment and my daughter said it wasn’t her that wrote it which it wasn’t. So my daughter removed the post right away. I called back to see if again they would take us back as patients and no one answered the phone we think we were being ignored which didn’t make us feel good. We have been trying to find a dentist but with no luck yet. Our friend went online with a name of a dentist which I will be calling tomorrow. Me and my daughter are in pain due to our teeth and they wouldn’t even take us back as patients. Don’t some dental offices care about there patients or is it all to do with the money I care not to answer that on here. We hope to find a dentist soon. One that does care.

I can’t say enough good about Dr.Frank Li and his amazing staff! I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist (from several prior bad experiences). I’m so thankful a friend recommended this one! I love the fact the only dentist is Dr.Frank Li.. he’s quick, confident, knowledgeable, and truly has done amazing work with my last 2 appointments. One being a root canal, and the other being a huge filling on my wisdom tooth. I can’t wait to start taking care of my teeth again! And thanks to this amazing team, I have trust in the dentistry industry again. Thank you all so much!

I feel incredibly lucky to have Dr. Li as my dentist. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist but but he is extremely kind, gentle, and always has his patient’s best interest in mind. His staff are great as well – everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Thank you for all of your wonderful work!
